Brush with olive oil and place individually in foil.  Grill till cooked and crisp.  Cooks fast.

Shishcabobs

Growing tomatoes, peppers and zucchini is easy and yummy to put on skewers.  Slice into chunks along with onion and favorite meat and rotate along skewer.  Grill until meat is fully cooked.

Barbecue Chicken Breasts

First placing breasts in boiling water until nearly cooked will reassure tenderness after grilling.  Apply sauce to breasts while grilling to likeness.  Frozen breasts first wrapped in foil and cooked on the grill achieves the same thing. Next apply sauce and grill out of foil.

Steak

Marinate with soy sauce before seasonings.   Tenderize with fork pokes before grilling.  Cook until likeness.  Cut away at center for readiness.

Flat bread

A grilled metal tray works great with dough.  Use favorite recipe ie. Indian bread.  Grill till inside tested for non-doughiness.  Serving suggestion is to put taco makings ie. cooked hamburger, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream on top of Indian bread.  Enjoy!

Marinated Meat

Put meat in container and pour favorite seasoning on top for at least 2 hrs.  Ready for grilling and remaining seasoning may be added to meat while slowly grilling.  Be sure to grill both sides at first to keep in the juices.  Enjoy!

Extra large garden squash

Cut length-wise and grill open-faced.  May brush with olive oil while grilling for extra flavor.
